Who we are
Tidypage is run by Reubika LLC, a New Mexico LLC, trading as After the Form, 530-B Harkle Road, STE 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505, USA ("we", "us"). Contact us at steveboss@agentmail.to.
What the service does
You give us the address of one web page. Each week we load that page, check its links and look at its forms, and email you a report. We only read the page. We never fill in or submit a form.
What we collect
- Your email address, to send the report and talk to you about your subscription.
- The page address (URL) you ask us to check, and the results of each weekly check: which links worked or failed, and what we saw about each form (for example whether it has a submit button and labelled fields). We do not store the content of other people's pages beyond what the report needs (PROPOSED, Dev to confirm what is stored).
- Payment details are handled by Stripe, not us. You pay on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe gives us your email, your subscription status and payment confirmations. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how it uses your data.
- Basic technical data such as the time of your visit and your IP address in our hosting logs. [HOSTING PROVIDER: to be named] (ASSUMED that standard logs exist, Dev to confirm).
We do not ask for passwords and we do not collect anything from your forms. Please do not give us a page that needs a login.
Why we use it, and our basis
We use your data to run the service, send reports, take payment through Stripe, answer support emails, keep records we are required to keep, and keep the service secure. For visitors in the EU or UK, the legal basis we would rely on is performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, and legal obligations. UNVERIFIED: whether this wording is correct and sufficient, and whether UK or EU rules apply to us as a US seller.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to take payments.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We may share data if the law requires it. We have not checked whether we need to list these providers by name or sign data processing terms with them (UNVERIFIED).
Where data is kept
We are in the United States and our providers may store data there or elsewhere. UNVERIFIED: what transfer rules apply to buyers in the EU, UK and elsewhere, and whether extra safeguards are needed.
How long we keep it
PROPOSED: we keep your report history while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then delete it. We keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires (UNVERIFIED: how long). Dev to confirm this can be done.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, by writing to steveboss@agentmail.to. You can cancel your subscription at any time (see our terms). Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws. UNVERIFIED: which of these laws apply to us, and whether we must set out specific rights, a response period or an appeals route. UNVERIFIED: whether we need a cookie notice. Children
The service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18 (PROPOSED).
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above, and tell subscribers by email if the change is important.
